Muhammad has a BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and LLB from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is qualified to practice in Israel as a lawyer and mediator and previously worked as an adviser to various departments of the Palestinian Authority, including its delegation to the World Bank. Muhammad is the senior partner and heads the private client team. He advises international entrepreneurs and clients, with particular focus on Middle Eastern individuals and families, on a range of estate planning and wealth management with particular emphasis on trust, probate and estate administration. He is fluent in English, Arabic and Hebrew.

Carl has a LLB (Hons) from London University, qualified as a UK solicitor and member of the Sierra Leone Bar in 1995. He is a partner in the firm and specialises in Private Client and Property (residential and commercial).
Carl acts for overseas clients, particularly those from Sierra Leone, given his right of audience in Sierra Leone Courts. He travels there frequently and enjoys significant local client base.

ADNAN AL-SABAH

Adnan has LLB from University of Bedfordshire and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Hertfordshire University.
He has a strong practice in Immigration, Litigation and Commercial Property acquisitions. He acted for many high profile clients including foreign embassies in London, multi-national companies and high net-worth clients in the UK and MENA region.
He is currently retained by a PLC, other companies and private clients in relation to all their legal affairs in the UK.
In Litigation, Adnan commands high level expertise in all courts and tribunals including County and High Court, Immigration and Land Tribunals. He is very meticulous and explores all angles of a dispute and does not shy away from asking the hard questions. He prides himself with a very high success rate to the satisfaction of his clients.
He speaks three languages fluently Arabic, English and Hebrew which enables to communicate efficiently and effectively with all clients.

Gwyn Davies

Gwyn has been in practice for many years. He is an experienced solicitor who trained at and worked for one of the world's largest law firms In London, Brussels and Dubai.
Gwyn has held many senior roles including as a partner in a major UK regional law firm and head of the legal department of a US multi-national based in The Netherlands. He has also headed the legal department of a Government owned industrial port development corporation in Trinidad and Tobago that developed the largest industrial port and petro chemical complex in the Caribbean.
He was formerly a part time legal chairman of the Adjudication Panel in Wales and chairman of a local authority Standards Committe. He has held various business roles including being a director of a US multi-national's companies in Europe, the Middle East and Singapore and managing director of DX Networks government service business.
He holds a law degree from King's College London and an MBA from Cardiff University Business School. Gwyn has been in practice for many years. He is an experienced solicitor who trained at and worked for one of the world's largest law firms In London, Brussels and Dubai.
